LONGBOARDERS . PASS THIS UP AT YOUR PERIL !!!!

The 5 year success of the Bullet series has been a great ride and has had me design 3 different types to suit all comers. There had been many crew who were almost enticed to come down from the luxury of their Mals and try one of the bigger Fat Bullets but even they were not quite big enough for most of them.  I think you become addicted to the ease of catching waves on those things and they are hard to come down from. Certainly they all would love a board that encourages them to turn and do some more exciting stuff off the top, and all with more free speed than their planks will ever deliver.

ENTER THE MISSILE

I thought this name was rather apt since the design is basically just a much bigger Bullet. I had drawn a line with the size of the fat bullet prior to the missile mainly because it was very difficult to source a blank this wide and thick that did not have that very flat nose rocker suitable only for Mals.

The nose entry of the Missile required more curve up front and eventually after much searching I have just found the right blank. I have only designed them from 7.6 to 8.0 with the thought that once you go over that you might as well just ride a mal and be done with it !
